    3. Partners — Develop apps for merchants to use, create stores on their behalf, recommend potential merchants to Podmalls, or otherwise help merchants operate or improve their Podmalls supported stores;

  • If you are a merchant using Podmalls services to support your business, we will collect and use your personal information to enable you to use our platform and its services in order to help you better manage your business and your relationships with customers in general.

When you choose to use a non-Podmalls service, you will be prompted about what information will be shared so that you can decide whether to use the service or not.

Your rights to your information

  • You can view and correct many of your personal information directly from the Podmalls background. If you are unable to view or correct certain information in the Podmalls background, please submit a data subject request through our requirements form.
  • Since we need your personal information in order to provide you with our services, we will normally store your information when you use Podmalls products or services. If you close your store, stop paying your subscription fee or we terminate your account, we retain the information for three years before initiating the personal information removal process. We do not remove this information immediately because you may reactivate your account or there may be litigation or audit needs related to your business. If you contact us and request removal of your store information, we will begin the removal process after 90 days, unless we are required by law to retain specific information. Please note that after we anonymize your information, we may use non-personally identifiable information to improve our services.
  • Finally, we have never and will never “sell” your personal information, and the term “sell” has the same meaning as defined by California law.

Information about your customers

  • To support your business, we will collect and use personal information about your customers. In general, we collect and use such personal information only under your direction.   • If you participate in the Podmalls Partner Program (such as participating in the development of application or theme templates for Podmalls merchants, referring potential merchants to us as a member of the Alliance, or helping merchants create or manage their stores), we will collect and use your personal information to enable you to use our platform and its services, And to help you cooperate with our merchants in general.

Please note that after we anonymize your personal information, we will continue to use non-personally identifiable information to improve our services.

Merchants that use your services

  • Our partners at Podmalls provide a number of important services to our merchants. When a merchant registers to use your service (for example, when they install an application developed by you), we will provide you with their personal information as instructed by the merchant. In this situation, we are providing this information to you on behalf of our merchants. You are responsible for protecting the merchant’s personal information and handling it securely in accordance with applicable laws, our partner agreements, API licenses and Terms of use, and any other terms that govern other Podmalls Services you may use. At the same time, Podmalls requires you to provide clear and transparent privacy policies to merchants so that they can understand your privacy practices and how you use the personal information they provide to you. If you develop an app that needs to be listed on the Podmalls App Store, that app also needs to have a privacy policy in place before it can be listed.

6、Where we send your information

  • We are a Chinese company, but we work with and process the data of individuals around the world.
